to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for the both of us, please review the following rules!!!!!USAGE RIGHTS!!No Unauthorized Resale: you may not sell my art without my explicit written permission.Original Characters/Designs: for characters and designs i have created or previously owned, selling is permitted only if the accompanying original artwork is properly credited to me. this credit is mandatory if you intend to use my specific illustrations for the sale.No False Ownership Claims: you may not claim my artwork as your own creation.Credit Required: If you use the artwork publicly (e.g., as an avatar, in profile descriptions, etc.), please provide artist credit with a link or mention to my handle (even if you post it on social media platforms I do not currently use).Do Not Alter the Signature: under any circumstance, the signature and/or watermark i put on my drawings must not be erased, masked, or intentionally removed.

WHAT I CAN DRAW
- Anthros, Ferals, & Humanoids (All furry / creature designs welcome)- Fanart- Custom Character Designs (Clear visual references or detailed descriptions required; custom design fees apply)- Character Reference Sheets (Pricing varies depending on complexity and number of views/outfits)- Rendered Backgrounds & Landscapes (Only available as an add-on paired with a character drawing; pricing depends on complexity)- Tasteful Pinups / Mild NSFW (Tasteful suggestive themes or artistic nudity only; strictly no fetish content)
WHAT I CAN'T/ REFUSE TO DRAW
- Extreme Realism / Hyper-realistic Painting Styles- Fetish Content, Extreme Gore, or Graphic NSFW- Illegal, Immoral, Pedophilic, or Zoophilic Material- Hate Speech, Discrimination, or Offensive Content

i operate in the GMT+2 timezone (EET). Work time varies by complexity, but most pieces take 1–3 weeks from start to finish depending on my current queue.File Quality:

Any major changes to the pose, anatomy, or character design must be requested during the sketch phase.
Major changes requested after lineart/coloring has begun may incur an extra fee. (mistakes not included in said fee.)Complete change of character past sketch phase isn't permitted.2)Payment Policies
Primary Payment Method: Full payment upfront via PayPal.Flexible Payment Option: If preferred, you may pay 50% upfront, and the remaining 50% upon sketch approval.Unresponsive / Delayed Payment: Work will pause until full payment is received. If a client goes unresponsive for extended periods without prior notice, the commission will be canceled or indefinitely postponed.-------------
REFUND TERMS OF SERVICE-tos#-Cancellations & Refund Policy
Before Work Begins: 100% refund ONLY available if I have not started on your sketch.No Character Swaps After Sketching: Character changes must be requested before the sketching phase begins. Once work on a sketch has started, you cannot switch to a completely different character. If you wish to have a new character drawn instead, it will be treated as a new commission.During Sketch Phase: If the commission is canceled by the client after the sketch is provided, a 50% cancellation fee is retained to cover the time and work already completed. The remaining 50% will be refunded (or waived if you chose the split payment option).After Sketch Approval / Final Artwork: No refunds are given once lineart and rendering have begun, or once the artwork is completed.
i provide regular progress updates (sketch, lineart, flat colors, final rendering) primarily via Discord (or your preferred email/DMs)
you will be kept in the loop at every stage of the process to ensure you're happy with how your piece is turning out!thank you for reading
